At V Support and Services, we are dedicated to providing the best possible products and services to our customers. However, we understand that there may be instances where a customer may not be satisfied with a purchase and may request a refund. This Refund Policy outlines the circumstances under which refunds will be granted and the process for requesting a refund.

Definitions

For the purpose of this Refund Policy, the following definitions shall apply:

"V Support and Services" refers to the IT Solutions website and its related services.

"Customer" refers to the individual or entity that has purchased a product or service from us.

"Product" refers to any product or service offered by V Support and Services, including but not limited to software, digital products, and online courses.

"Refund" refers to the process of returning funds to a Customer for a purchased Product.

Refund or Cancellation Policy

For Our Service, you will get 100% refund of your amount and all paid fee will be refunded to your account if :-

  • You can cancel your service request for any reason for Service fees, before making payments / completing the support application.
  • After making payments within 1 hour of your support bookings, you can cancel your support service request for any reason/need to be within 30 minutes in case of urgent support application.
  • You will get 100% of refund if we fail to provide you with support services.
  • The total amount of your fees will be refunded to your accounts within 25 - 90 days (depending on card issuers, payment method etc.) due to banking procedures. Your funds will be credited to an account used during an order process in the most timely possible manner.
  • A charge of up to $20 administrative fee for the refund cost will be applied.
  • A Payment gateway refund fee may change includes the stripe, Paypal, truecommerce, Spreedly, payumoney, visa/mastercard, other electronic payments services, etc other payment gateway methods will no longer reimburse the fees they charge to customers or merchants.

Note:

  • No refund will be granted once your support application has been generated. After our Service/support Team has got application ID confirmation by the supplier / or respective department/agency for your order, you could not request for cancellation anymore. Once your application/document process / etc order has been sent to your email address, we will be unable to reimburse you the visa/application/service/support, etc fee.
  • After 1 hour of your booking with us for support services.
  • No refund will be granted, once your Visa is sent to your provided email. In case you didn't get an email, please check your spam email folder, or write us back immediately.
  • No refund or cancellation is granted if your application has incorrect details that occurred by your mistake. We strongly recommend you to confirm your travel and personal information prior to departure against your application confirmation letter. We strongly recommend that you check your application, letter documents information with your passport and personal information prior to departure or whatsoever.

Please note that the refund process may take 25 - 90 days or 180 days in certain cases due to payment gateway/banking procedures. Your funds will be credited to an account used during an order process in the most timely possible manner. If the refund is made to the Credit/Debit Card account or to the Bank account, the bank charges would be debited from the refund amount.

The refund amount would be worked out on the basis of the cancellation policy as described above and the money would be accordingly refunded to the person who has made the payment to us.

Eligibility for Refunds

IT Solutions offers refunds in the following circumstances:

  1. Technical Issues: If a Product is not functioning as described and the issue cannot be resolved through technical support, a refund may be granted.
  2. Unsatisfactory Product: If a Customer is dissatisfied with a Product for any reason, and the issue cannot be resolved through customer support, a refund may be granted at the discretion.
  3. Cancelled Orders: If an order is cancelled before the Product has been delivered, We will provide a full refund to the Customer.
  4. Incorrect Product: If the Customer receives an incorrect Product, we will provide a full refund, including any shipping costs incurred.
  5. Defective Product: If a Product is defective, We will provide a full refund or replace the Product.
  6. Event Cancellation: If an event, such as a webinar or workshop, is cancelled by us, the Customer will be eligible for a full refund.
Refund Process

To request a refund, the Customer must contact us within 30 min of purchase. The Customer will be required to provide the following information:

  1. Order Number
  2. Name and Email Address
  3. Reason for Refund Request

Our team will review the refund request and respond within 7 business days. If the refund is approved, We will issue the refund to the original payment method. If the original payment method is no longer available, We will issue a refund in the form of store credit.

Exclusions

The following circumstances are excluded from the Refund Policy:

  1. Non-Refundable Products: Certain Products, such as digital downloads, may be deemed non-refundable. This information will be clearly stated on the Product page and in the purchase process.
  2. Limited Refund Period: Refund requests must be made within 30 min of purchase. Refunds will not be granted for requests made after this period.
  3. No Refunds for Services: Refunds will not be granted for services, such as consulting or custom development, provided by us.
  4. No Refunds for Subscriptions: Refunds will not be granted for subscription-based Products, such as monthly software licenses.
  5. No Refunds for Free Trials: Refunds will not be granted for Products that were received as part of a free trial.
  6. No Refunds for Promotional Products: Refunds will not be granted for Products received as part of a promotional offer.
